💡Χρειάζεσαι βοήθεια;
Η καταλληλότητα χρήσης σκευών στον φούρνο καθορίζεται από το υλικό κατασκευής και κυρίως από τις λαβές. Σκεύη από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα ή μαντέμι είναι γενικά ασφαλή. Όταν οι λαβές είναι από πλαστικό, βακελίτη ή σιλικόνη, τότε συνήθως υπάρχει όριο θερμοκρασίας, περίπου 150°C-180°C, ή ενδέχεται να μην είναι καθόλου κατάλληλες.
